Working closely with the HR Manager to support across the full generalist remit. Leading and supporting on a range of projects and taking ownership of the graduate recruitment scheme. Obtaining and utilising data to support decision making and providing factual insights.
What you'll need to succeed
Be CIDP L5 min (or equivalent)
Be degree educated
Dealt with mergers & acquisitions
Experience of working on graduate & apprenticeship recruitment
