Senior Employee Relations Consultant

Your new company
Working for a multinational matrixed financial services company in London. This contract will be a minimum of 6 months. Ideally working in the office 3 days a week but can be flexible.


What you'll need to succeed

• Strong ER / HR experience in an international organisation with demonstrated full understanding of disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
• Ability to effectively organise, prioritise and handle multiple ER cases simultaneously
• Up to date working knowledge of EMEA wide employment legislation
• CIPD & Financial Services experience desirable, but not essential
