Page Personnel are currently partnering with a prestigious leisure and sport business, based in Conwy, who are looking for a part time HR Coordinator to join their team. As part of this role, you will gain exposure in all areas of HR including but not limited to employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, and HR administration.

Description

The Part Time HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Taking a lead role in all areas of HR administration
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Updating and maintaining employee files
  • Assisting in employee relations cases
  • Assisting in the development of the training matrix
  • Query resolution
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Part Time HR Coordinator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate, including all Microsoft Office packages
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • A genuine desire to learn
