Working as part of the Adviceline team, you will be responsible for assisting HR Case Managers in employee relations and absence management.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate advice and guidance to employees across the business, escalating when necessary
• Managing all HR related queries via the case management system
• Supporting managers and employees with absence management processes
• Assisting with HR related administrative tasks, including management of the HR inbox
• Proactively identify and lead HR process improvements
• Assisting HR Case Managers in the management of employee relations cases
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

• A proven track record within a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of employment law, specifically relating to absence management
• CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• IT literate including all Microsoft Office applications
• An ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A genuine desire to learn
