Morgan Philips are excited to be exclusively supporting our client to hire an HR Business Partner who will to manage a small Shared Service who be crucial to the continued development of their HR function. Forming part of a larger HR Team and managing 2 HR Coordinators, this function provides end to end HR Administration support and first line guidance to managers and employees across the UK business. This role is based on site role near Heathrow (not hybrid / remote working) and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to put their stamp on things.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the effective management of all employee related data
- Provide efficient back office HR function including data and document management
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc reporting and statistics. Identify trends and implement corrective actions
- In conjunction with the HRBP Resourcing maintain an overview of recruitment activity across the business
- Manage the onboarding process of new employees into the business
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all employees coming into the business are security cleared in line with business requirements
- Management of monthly payroll submissions ensuring accurate information is submitted in line with established timetable
- Management of benefits across the business including annual renewals
- Drive process improvements across the HR function
- Manage annual audit checks such as payroll, ensuring HR records are complete and compliant
- Provide advice and guidance to the business on HR related topics
- Manage HR related projects of varying size and scope
- Manage annual salary review process ensuring accurate data is transferred to payroll
- Effective management of the UK HR inbox, ensuring that employee queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Suitable candidates will have a broad HR Generalist background and like data! There is an analytical element to this role and processes are currently quite manual. You will have a pragmatic, down to earth approach and the desire and vision to make improvements.
