Head of ER, managing a team and leading the department
Client Details
The client is in Healthcare
Description
As Head of ER, you will be responsible for;
- Managing a team of around 10
- Ensuring the delivery of an excellent HR service offering
- Support with any reorganisations, TUPE and change work
- Managing complex casework including up to Tribunal level
- Supporting the HRD with developing the People Strategy
- Supporting with wider people projects
- Stakeholder management at the senior level
Profile
You will have;
- CIPD qualification or QBE
- Proven track record working in a Head of People or Head of ER or Senior role within People/ER and managing a team
- Dealing with a high volume of casework
- Sound understanding of UK employment law
- Experience managing complex casework
- Commutable to Derby, 2 days per week
