HR Administrator job based in Coventry
Your new company
You will be working for a large and prestigious company based on the outskirts of Coventry. Due to company changes they are currently looking for extra resources to assist with an increase in workload.
Your new role
Working as part of a small team you will be answering day to day queries regarding HR issues. Although some of these will come by phone the majority will be via email. As part of your role you will also get involved in sending out letters updating files and generally assisting with a large change project
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have either worked in a HR team previously or have recently qualified with a CIPD qualification.
What you'll get in return
The role will be hybrid with 1-2 days working in the office and the rest from home. You will get 33 days holiday including back holidays as well as parking and flexibility with hours.
