Page Personnel are currently partnering with an award winning international legal firm, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor following an exciting period of growth. As part of this role, you will be responsible for assisting in employee relations cases, as well as participating in HR related projects.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding a range of HR related matters
  • Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Leading on absence management procedures, making occupational health referrals where appropriate
  • Undertaking formal meetings
  • Performance management
  • Assisting HR Assistants with HR administration and family leave processes
  • Managing employee engagement surveys
  • Producing HR related reports
  • Participating in HR project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Please note - occasional travel to other UK offices is a requirement of this role

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
  • A strong understanding of employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • A willingness to travel to other sites as required
