We are delighted to be supporting this very progressive, innovative and forward thinking Bristol based Engineering client who are looking for a Head of People Partnering on a 12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity.
Reporting to the CPO, you will align strategically to the senior leadership team with hands-on operational responsibility within a business that is seeing rapid growth. While supporting with shaping the People Agenda and its delivery you will be involved across a broad range of projects and programmes including: talent management & development, succession planning & performance, policy and process improvements, leadership development and coaching. The position has responsibility for the People Partnering team and oversight and responsibility for the People Operations function.
This will suit someone with significant HR Business Partnering at Senior/Head level and experience gained within technology, engineering or a similar industry sector. This might be a high performing SME or a larger corporate where you are looking to have more impact and visibility across an entire business. This is a hi-tech organisation that is experiencing significant investment and growth, you will need to have proven ability of thriving in a fast paced environment, able to work with ambiguity and a strong understanding of drivers surrounding people decisions and business priorities. You will be able to demonstrate deep subject expertise in people programmes, processes and execution.
You will need to be able to access central Bristol but the company does have a flexible working policy and you will only be required to be in the office a maximum of 1-2 days/week. Ideally you will be able to start in February 2023.
