We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join this growing business.
In this exciting HR business partner role you will report to the senior HR manager and will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Business Services practice group working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the firm's overall business goals and objectives.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be expected to partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to support their teams. This may include providing guidance on HR policies and procedures and serving as a subject matter expert on all HR-related matters. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues and providing coaching and support to managers and employees. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts. Finally, you will be expected to provide guidance and support on employee development and training programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working in a professional services firm, particularly in a law firm, is preferred but not required
