Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on a Reward Manager position.
What is the role
As Reward Manager you will manage the full Reward cycle including developing and maintaining role compensation structures. Conducting analysis and benchmarking as well a project management to deliver on the annual UK compensation review process. You will also lead on the bonus proposals, market benchmarking, incentive schemes, and data reports. This role also includes managing one direct report.
Experience required for this role includes
The successful candidate will have experience in the Reward sector, preferably within Professional Services with at least 2 years at Manager level. CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential, however strong IT skills are. This includes Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
