Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Advisory firm in the City of London on a Reward Assistant Manager position.
What is the role
As Reward Assistant Manager you will manage job levelling and architecture for a variety of clients from various SME businesses. This includes regular client interaction, and helping to present reports and analysis. You will be managing smaller projects and performing market research.
Experience required for this role includes
The successful candidate will have experience in an advisory reward position and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
