My client is looking for a HR Advisor that has payroll experience to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The roll will be 80% HR and you will be part of the HR team and you will support payroll when necessary.

Description

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Assist with coaching the Team Managers through HR related issues
  • ER case handling on all HR issues
  • Obtain RTW, onboarding, inductions and assist new starters with all HR Issues
  • Support line managers with reviews, performance and KPI's
  • Conduct exit interviews with leavers
  • Review and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
  • Work directly with the HR Manager on investigations
  • Support on recruitment, including candidate attraction and branding
  • Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives
  • Process payroll end to end when the payroll manager is on holiday or away from the office

Profile

My client is looking for a candidate that has

  • CIPD 5 (desirable)
  • Experience within a HR environment and held a similar role
  • High communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate in Excel, Word, Microsoft office
