Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- being the first point of contact for all ER queries and cases.
- giving advice on employment policies, grievances, absence management, employee relations casework matters as well as managing casework.
- support the wider HR team when necessary.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- thorough knowledge and experience of all ER matters.
- experience leading on ER cases, as well as advising managers.
- up to date knowledge of employment law.
