Your new role
This is a newly created role within the business which has previously been outsourced. As the business has grown they now need an inhouse HR Manager that can support them with the future plans and to ensure infrastructure is in place. You will work closely with the partners and take full ownership of the HR remit. This will include the review and implementation of Polices & Procedures, managing Employee Relations, Recruitment, as well as taking on projects like reviewing the benefits programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a similar start up (in terms oh HR) set up
CIPD L5 minimum or equivalent
Have a flexible approach and a "can do attitude" and ability to work independently
