About the role
·You will build close working relationships with all your stakeholders
·A main focus will be being the centre of expertise for the HR system and the HR Sharepoint Page; you will also be supporting the Head of HR on a wide range of projects.
·Provide a generalist HR service covering the full employee lifecycle, to all employees and managers.
·Receive and manage daily HR enquiries regarding all employment related matters, in-line with policies and procedures
·Advise and provide support managers to manage staff effectively, from recruitment, selection to appointment and onboarding, performance management, remuneration and rewards, and offboarding with up-to-date tools and information and clear, accurate and appropriate advice, in-line with employment law, best practice and business needs.
·Continually looking at improving current polices and procedures to reflect best practices across all areas of the employee life cycle to attract and retain employees.
·Maintain a strong working knowledge of all relevant employment law to ensure employees are treated fairly and appropriately and risks and issues for the business are fully understood.
·Act proactively to ensure the business is aware of and prepared for pending legislative changes that will have an impact on the business.
·Ensure all HR policies and procedures remain accurate and up to date with the Company direction and relevant legislation.
·Ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date and accurately reflect all current people movements / situations.
·Manage and maintain the HRIS and Human Resources Intranet pages.
·Provide regular HR reports to managers, external provers and as well as to thew Head of HR and HR team
·Strong HR Generalist skills, knowledge and experience to cover the full employee lifecycle
·Strong aptitude for HR systems; experience as an HRIS administrator
·The ability to generate key MI reports, analyse data to support managers for effective decision-making
·Sound knowledge of employment legislation and up to date with key HR best practices overall
·Able to work independently as well as within a team, in a dynamic, fast paced environment
·Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
·Exercise sound judgment and discretion as and when necessary
·Detail oriented with excellent organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
·Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Experience with presenting HR information to employee groups
·Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
