The Recruitment Coordinator will provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the organisation. Give recruitment advice working in line with the Recruitment Strategy. To work with line managers on vacancies from point of attraction through to accepted offer.

Page Personnel is representing a Telecommunication Organisation based in Telford.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator will include:

  • liaising with HR colleagues and/or team managers regarding their recruitment needs
  • coordinating with external recruitment providers as necessary;
  • ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed and approved
  • create job descriptions and person specifications as required
  • writing job adverts in line with the Recruitment policy and employer branding
  • screening and sourcing internal and external candidates from a variety of sources
  • arranging interviews and providing feedback
  • assisting in the administration of assessment centres
  • attending interviews as required

Profile

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have;

  • Experience in a recruitment environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Self motivated and driven

Job Offer

The Recruitment Coordinator will be offered;

  • Up to £35,000 salary
  • Hybrid working
