  • £350 - 500 per day
  • Outside IR35 (Limited company, PAYE umbrella or PAYE agency available)
  • Homebased- with occasional travel to West London office as required
  • 3-6 months project
  • Mid-January start date

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global technology business based in Central London with global offices across Europe, North America and Australia. The role will be to partner across 9 countries with 500 employees across EMEA and Australia with a focus on a additional benefits projects across the region and reporting in the global benefits Director based in the US and working alongside the broader benefits team.

What is the role?

The key focus will be to lead on a benefits audit of existing offering across the 9 countries (Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and UK), to understand the gaps in their current offering and identify areas of improvement. You will ensure all benefits materials are up to date, engage and manage the broker relationships and make proposals for any improvements to their employee benefits in line with the market.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience of working on benefits projects and working with EMEA countries. You will have excellent excel skills and be able to partner successfully with brokers and suppliers as well as local HR to ensure successful outcomes.
