£65,000 - £75,000 + 10% bonus + £400 per month car allowance
4% matching pension, 2 x life assurance, Private medical cover (single)
Hybrid office pattern (London) - 2-3 day per week
12 month FTC

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global retail business based in London with global offices across North America, Australia and Europe and 45,000 employees globally. In this newly created role, you will join their growing benefits team to focus on 6 countries in their European region as part of their European Reward team.

What is the role?

Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, your role will be to lead on the day to day management of their existing benefits offering across 6 countries (UK, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherlands). You will be responsible for managing the benefits renewal process and responding to benefits queries and involved in a variety of Benefits related projects. These will include the implementation of a cycle to work scheme for Europe, a review of their Employee Assistance Programme provider, and a review their benefits communications and current offering.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience of working in benefits focussed roles ideally with international exposure within a large global business You will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. There is an opportunity that this role date will manage a Benefits Analyst within the team also; previous experience is not a requirement so this offers a great opportunity for someone to step into a people management role for the first time.
