  • Brand new offices in the City of London
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office per week

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global sector focussed law firm based in London who are recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their team in the busy day to day assistance of the HR function.

What is the role

The role is varied providing support primarily to the head of human resources and generalists with a heavy focus on onboarding of new starters; processing paperwork and inputting them on the HRIS ensuring all relevant information is detailed, assisting with the organisation of work experience placements, arranging global meetings, and logging various HR related documents and data into the system.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have ideally professional services experience however this is not essential. You will obtain a professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills are required in addition to high levels of discretion in the role.
