Job Details

Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside this award-winning holiday company on their search for a HR Administrator to join their head office team. This is a newly created role.
* £150 per day
* Temporary role for approx. 8 weeks
* Hybrid working model - 3 days WFH/2 days in office - Borehamwood, Herts
The role
Reporting into the Head of People you will be the primary contact for the HR team. Duties will include:
* Prepare employment contract letters, offer letters, variation letters & other documentation
* Manage new starters and onboarding including right to work checks, collating new starter paperwork, first day arrangements/inductions
* Maintain the HRIS system to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee data including joiners, changes to role, leavers, changes to personal information, holidays and absences
* Responding to HR queries and providing general HR administration
* Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data
* Supporting HR projects
* Other HR administration duties as and when required
Candidate Profile/experience
The successful candidate will be looking for a role that offers real progression and the potential to learn and develop on the job. I am looking for the following:
* At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong administration and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent grammatically
* Meticulous eye for detail
* Use initiative working proactively and autonomously
* Be able to work at pace
* Good interpersonal skills
This is fantastic opportunity; the office is based close to the tube station there is also car parking on site.
