Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading asset management firm based in central London to hire a HRIS Workday Analyst. Based in London you will report to the HRIS Manager and also work very closely with the Head of HR as well as the Finance and IT teams. This is a global role where you looking after a high-growth population of about two thousand employees. Working in this HRIS team of 2, you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of their HRIS operations on Workday, looking for continuous improvements, streamlining processes, dealing with queries and carrying out configurations. This opportunity provides technical and function administration of Workday and will include day-to-day support as well as ongoing project implementations. You'll be working across most Workday modules such as global HCM, Reporting, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, L&D and Compensation. The role will have a nice blend of BAU HRIS work as well as driving strategic projects to improve their Workday usage and capabilities. Duties will include:

  • Workday design, testing, implementations, development, maintenance and reporting
  • Provide Workday training to all levels of employees and produce training materials
  • Serve as a technical Workday HCM expert
  • Perform end-to-end configurations
  • Identify Workday opportunities and issues
  • Provide a consistent global Workday service and enhance employee experience
  • Ensure data integrity and assist on HR reporting and analytics
  • Support with semi-annual Workday releases
  • Work with IT and external partners on basic testing, security and reporting requirements
  • Build custom dashboards

To be considered for this role you must be competent with the above requirements. It's essential you have global Workday HCM experience and have the communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders and deliver advice and training. You should also have configurations experience and ideally you will have experience with Workday Reporting. You should be eager to learn, have a problem-solving can-do attitude and have a passion and flair for HRIS work. This is a new position that offers extensive development opportunities. The company is expanding its headcount and with that the HRIS function is expected to grow further in the near future which will give you opportunities in to more senior positions. The role is offering a generous base salary plus bonus and wider benefits package. They have a hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office to collaborate with colleagues.
