interim/FTC HR Manager

They are a truly innovative company, with outstanding environmental credentials.

As part of their growth strategy, the HRD is in need of an experienced pair of HR hands to help create an HR strategy that can support and grow with them.

We are looking for a strong HR generalist who has experience of the full HR mix. The ideal candidate will be particularly adept at creating process, policies, procedures in the short term. In the long term there is an opportunity to work for the business on a permanent basis and begin the task of building a best in class people strategy and department.

I would like to hear from you if you are;

Comfortable in the detail, aswell as strong on strategy

Happy to deal with HR queries whilst under-taking the project work

A natural people person, who is easily able to influence internally

Have excellent HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing type environment at some stage in your career

Happy in a hybrid role

Available in the next month, at the very latest, ideally sooner.

Able to commute to the Wolverhampton area twice a week.

We can be extremely flexible on the type of contract - interim or FTC, and there is a scenario where this leads to a permanent role. Remuneration is flexible within reason. The mandate will last at least 6 months as a minimum.
