Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting a construction and engineering company, based in London (North) as they look to recruit a full time, permanent Internal Recruiter.
 
This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of recruitment and associated processes.
 
The salary for this role will be up to £40k
 
About the role:
·As part of the role, you will be expected to support the growth of the company and to provide a first- class recruitment experience to hiring managers and candidates.
·As an Internal Recruiter will take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, Managing the end-to-end process from advertisement to offer stage.
·You will collaborate with and build strong relationships with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions and advertisements to be posted on the company website, job boards and social media platforms.
·You will be an ambassador for the company and be the main point of contact for candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.
·Liaise with Hiring Managers to gain a full understanding of their recruitment needs; offering them advice and guidance where required
 
Internal Recruiter - About you
·You will have proven experience of working as a full 360-degree recruiter (either agency or internal)
·Proven experience in the construction or engineering sector is essential
·Proven experience using various interview formats (phone, structured, group interviews)
·Possess the ability to source active and passive candidates through different avenues and tools, such as Boolean searches, head hunting, LinkedIn recruiter, social media etc.
·You will have excellent communication skills and comfortable working with hiring managers and candidates from all backgrounds 
·You will possess the ability to identify ideal candidates and deliver a first- class candidate experience
·Have proven experience maintaining and managing candidate data and use Applicant Tracking Systems in line with GDPR guidelines 
·Experience of organising and hosting recruitment days/assessment centres would be advantageous
