Your new role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage a HR delivery team and oversee the day to day productivity and service delivery. You will be joining the organisation on an interim basis to help during a busy period of time. You will need to travel into the office in Oxford a few days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has a strong HR ops management background, who can spot opportunity to streamline processes and manage the execution of relevant changes, maximise efficiency and ensure their team are motivated and engaged. Our client is looking for an immediate start and therefore you must be available at short notice (immediately or 1 week)
