I am currently recruiting a Permanent HR Assistant to work for a Global Luxury Retail Goods Brand in Central London. This is a permanent position.

Client Details

My client is a Global Luxury Retail Goods Brand, established over 60 years ago. They now have over 20 brands and cover more than 150 countries globally.

Description

Permanent HR Assistant, London

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
  • Support stakeholders on employee relations and HR Generalist across multiple brands
  • Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Manage full employee life cycle
  • Assist with analytical reporting and interpretations on recruitment, headcount and employee turnover.

Profile

The successful HR Assistant ideally will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Have prior experience working within a HR environment
  • Demonstrate good HR knowledge
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
  • Have the ability to show empathy and influence decision making to reach the right outcome
  • Show good organisation and and planning skills

Job Offer

This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000k for the right candidate.
