HR Projects Business Partner

Hays HR are current supporting a financial services organisation in Leeds with the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner to focus on HR Projects for a 12 month contract.
Your new role
As the HR Projects Business Partner you will support the implementation of the people strategy by partnering with the business on operational people activities.
You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the operation and provide support on pay review, performance review process and calibration, job evaluation and benchmarking, people and organisational planning and engagement.
You'll develop and implement internal initiatives and partner with external providers to improve colleague health and wellbeing in accordance with the regional wellbeing strategy.
You'll also provide support to change projects across the region as necessary which may include organisation design, acquisition and integration (including TUPE) and changes to terms and conditions.
What you'll need to succeed
Your will have the ability to engage, influence and be a trusted partner to multiple stakeholders. You will have experience working on multiple projects across a range of HR roles such as reward, resourcing, employee relations, employment policy, organisational development, performance and development, wellbeing, and engagement.
