Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our Client who are a well know funding organisation. This is a full time, permanent opportunty based out of their Head Office in Birmingham.
About the role:
You'll be joining an established team of HR Professionals to focus on high levels of delivery and continuous improvement. They are looking for a HR/Employee Relations expert who can manage a varied workload and help deliver poositive outcomes. This role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to make a real difference, by supporting through a period of change. Contributing to people projects and initiatives to help make a positive influence across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities and Experience Required:
Expectations would be to proactively engage toth colleages and key stakeholders, support senior leaders identify and address development requirments. Lead on employee relations issues and help seek out opportunitties for continuours improvement.
This role comes with a fatastic starting salary of upto £53,000 per annum.
