Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global management consultancy firm based in London who are recruiting for two People Advisors to support the progress of their people initiatives both within the operations and financial advisory sectors of the business.

What is the role

The People Advisor role does involve extensive ER knowledge; involving leading ER cases from start to finish and being able to advise team managers and members on their queries. Performance management is also an integral aspect of the role as the People Advisor will be working alongside People Partners to run performance and talent reviews in addition to succession planning. The People advisor will be able to have autonomy to shape their role driving processes and making efficient and timely decisions.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have experience in Employee Relations & HR Policy with a solid understanding of UK employment legislation. You will also possess experience in report building and analytics.
