Head of Reward opportunity
The client is Logistics
As Head of Reward you will be responsible for leading and shaping the organisations reward strategy, looking at how they attract and retain the right people in order to achieve short and long term business goals. You will lead the annual reward cycle, evaluate the bonus scheme and work closely with external reward partners.
The successful candidate will need;
- Prior experience in a senior Reward role
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Proven track record in strategic planning and creating strategy
- Strong organisational skills
- Willing to commute to the East Midlands 2-3 times per week
- Commit to a 2 year contract
- Very competitive salary DOE
- Car allowance
- 27 days + BHs
