The Reward Manager will predominately manage the compensation review and life cycle and will provide additional support for benefits, HR systems, global mobility, performance etc.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Project manage and deliver annual UK compensation review process, providing comprehensive reward support for salary review, bonus proposal, market benchmarking, incentive schemes, policies, processes, and data reports.
* Develop and maintain role and compensation structures by conducting analysis and benchmarking to make pay recommendations and decisions
* Conduct bespoke salary and benefits market analysis exercises when required.
* Produce compensation management reports.
* Manage UK Diversity Pay Gap reporting

Skills and experience:

* A reward and/or benefits background, preferably in professional services
* Experience leading compensation reviews and benchmarking processes.
* Well knowledgeable in data reporting programs such as PowerBI.
* Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of interpreting and producing high quality data
* Experience with market-based pay structures and participating in salary surveys
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Strong influencing skills
* Management experience ideal
