A 6 month interim role supporting a variety of Workforce Planning Programmes in a Consultancy organisation.
Your new company
Our client deliver a wide variety of HR programmes and projects within a large, complex public sector organisation. Within their subject matter experts for Workforce Planning/Workforce Development, the need has arisen for additional expertise to join them, to help with the successful delivery of various strategic programmes they are working on.
Your new role
Your role will be to support the programme managers with the delivery of their projects. There are several projects already identified that need support and these sit within Temporary Strategic Resourcing and will include things such as agency efficiency, contingent worker management, process reviews, e-rostering, shift patterns and productivity. You will provide support to the Programme manager by taking the lead on several deliverables within these projects, communicating effectively with your client and helping to manage change in a complex, unionised environment.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a HR professional who can work in a fast paced environment and who can juggle multiple projects for multiple customers at any given time. You will need to be able to prioritise, have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others supporting the change programmes.
You must be a subject matter expert in workforce planning/development and will ideally have previous experience of supporting programmes/projects within the Temporary/Contingent worker Resourcing space.
What you'll get in return
Our client is open to this role being worked remotely (you must remain in the UK at all times) there will be some very ADHOC travel to client sites across the South of the UK and there are a range of local offices across the South of the UK should you wish to spend some time in a local office/on site with a client.
