In need of a Head of People who is a human centric, strategic, with commercial acumen to lead the organisation forward in 2023.
Client Details
Our client is a national government funded charity that supports young children, the elderly and disability groups with healthy living and everyday physical activity.
Description
- To assess, create and deliver on the overall People strategy for the organisation
- Support projects enabling business growth
- Develop the organisation's culture in line with the Core values
- Line manage two experienced HR professionals (oversee a team of 4 in HR)
- Collaborate with ED&I group to implement an inclusive strategy for the workforce
- Advise HR group on HR best practice as well governance
- Implement & improve HR system
Profile

- Experience of leading a HR function
- Demonstrable experience of creating and managing organisational business plans and strategies
- Knowledge of safeguarding policy and practice
- Experience of implementing and improving a digital HR system
Job Offer
- This organisation offers flexible working with full autonomy
- A maximum of 1-2 days a week in their London office
- The role has a salary circa £50-55,000 depending on experience.
- Would be willing to consider candidates on a 4 day a week working schedule, at a FTE of circa £65,000 and pro rata salary of circa £52,000
