Head of HR-20-21 Month FTC, Northamptonshire, £70,000-£75,000

Your new company
Hays are thrilled to represent a fluid, fast-paced, results driven, international organisation who are growing and are seeking a driven Head of HR for a 20-21 month FTC, to lead HR in achieving their goals.

Your new role
As Head of HR-20-21 Month FTC, you will be responsible for both strategic initiatives and hands on operational HR duties and will have 1 direct HR report into you.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading on the implementation of all areas of the HR life cycle including recruitment, leadership development, employee relations, engagement, compensation and benefits and HR operational support to meet company objectives.
* Deliver all recruitment requirements working to the resourcing plan against budget
* Work with the external legal counsel on any complex people related issues.
* Identify global mobility requirements and manage the process with third party organisations.
* Manage and co-ordinate any change management projects.
* Creation & preparation of monthly HR reporting

* Analyse and interpret HR people data, providing key insights to stakeholders to measure and manage performance
* Support with the monthly payroll and liaising with the pension provider.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a pro-active, results driven Head of HR or Senior HR BP, who is experienced in working in a fast-paced, fluid, growing, commercial organisation, ideally an SME. You will ideally be qualified to level 7 or equivalent and ideally be degree educated or equivalent.
