Part-time HR Manager
Salary: £40,000
Location: South Manchester

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a well-established registered charity in their search for a Part-time HR Manager.

Due to the passion and entrepreneurial spirit the charity has been able to continually grow and develop within an ever changing environment and today has 230 people within the organisation.

The role of HR Manager reports directly into the CEO and is a true generalist role which includes managing a small HR support team along with leading on learning and development.

With the charity's continued growth it's essential that the successful HR Manager possesses TUPE experience and experience in leading on wellness and inclusivity.

A charity background is not essential for this role.

* Board Reports & Business Planning

Key skills & experience;

*Experience of working a HR generalist role
*Experience of managing/supervising a small HR team
*Demonstrable experience in TUPE from start to finish
*Experience in leading on HR projects including wellness and inclusivity
*Ability to think strategically
*Ability to work independently with confidence in own decision making
*Ability to utilise analytical HR data to produce regular reports
*CIPD qualification, ideally level 5+
