Head of HR Shared Services
Client Details
The client is in Manufacturing
Description
- Lead for the HR Shared Services and systems team
- Manage a team of around 15-20 people within Admin/Advisory and System functions (3 direct reports and the rest indirect reports)
- Monitor and maintain KPIs for the team
- Drive continuous improvement across all the People Services functions
- Partner with Directors and other Heads of HR/HRDs across the business
- Support the team with any complex matters
- Coach and develop team members
- Positive role model across the business
Profile
- CIPD qualified or QBE
- Must come from a Shared Services background and have experience monitoring KPIs and working to agreed upon SLAs
- Strong influencing skills
- Constantly looking for improvements
- Able to work in extremely fast paced environment
