Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and well-known global business within the financial services industry. They are recruiting for an HR Shared Services Specialist to act as the first point of contact for all employees across their EMEA region. The role will provide an efficient and high-quality service and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to deliver a fantastic employee experience. The role is for a 6-month minimum period to cover maternity leave but there is potential for permanent employment in the future. The role is based in their Edinburgh office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR Administration experience looking to gain exposure across all core areas of HR within an international firm.

What is the role

As an HR Shared Service Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for all manager and employee queries across the EMEA region and provide support and advice on policies, processes, and systems. You will complete all administration relating to the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, regularly update in-house systems and support HR Business Partners with various projects.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previously worked within an HR administration capacity and have strong administrative, organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will understand the requirements of working in a customer-focused environment with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
