We are currently working with an established client within financial services who are looking for an experienced, hands on and driven HRBP to join them on a 12 month FTC.



The department is responsible employee relations, payroll, and benefits and for talent acquisition as well as facilitating the training and development plan for employees.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of HR Business Partners.
Day-to day delivery of the HR Business Partnering Service across the business, which includes operational, procedural and people driven service delivery of function.
HR advisory service to Division Heads and to the business and keep processes, policies and initiatives updated and rolled out.
Manage Employee Relations issues within the business, which includes coaching, guiding and supporting line managers.
Ensure that Policies, procedures and operational processes are up to date and HR function is aligned to GDPR requirements, and the business' regulatory requirements.
Deliver internal employee initiatives such as the performance management process, ESG initiatives, wellbeing, employee survey metrics, Internal communication initiatives and track key HR metrics.
Assist with the management of the Performance management and feedback cycle, Talent management and succession planning, Goal setting, feedback and coaching.


Qualifications

CIPD Qualified
2 - 3 years minimum of experience in a HRBP role previously
Strong organization and communication skills
resilient, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of multiple areas within HR
Good analytical approach and confident with data


Central London based

Full time - hybrid (1 day a week from home)

March start date

Excellent benefits including 26 days holiday + 2 well being days

£60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience
