This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a forward thinking HR team. You will be responsible for providing first line support and guidance to line managers and employees including performance management, varied ER caseloads, HR policies and procedures, and investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
Page Personnel have partnered with a Leeds City Centre based business who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. As a HR Advisor you will provide full generalist HR support to managers and employees relating to performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, ER caseloads and HR policies and procedures.
The HR Advisor will provide a first line advisory service to managers and employees by supporting with varied ER caseloads, contributing to the HR business plan, providing advice and coaching managers on people and performance management, provide support with recruitment, and reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- Demonstrable experience within a HR Advisory role
- Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
- Demonstrable experience dealing with a range of varied ER caseloads
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
- Strong IT skills
