* Leading the reward, pay & benefits strategies

* Building strong relationships with various groups and committees

* Providing advice on annual re-numeration processes

* Overseeing the day to day reward area

* Managing job evaluations and salary surveys

* Reward project work.

Profile

The successful Reward Proposition Lead must have:

* Experience of managing pay & benefits bench-marking

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Experience of working in a specialist reward role

* Ability to analyse complex data.
