Job Details

Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering a leading Care provider who are looking to recruit a Lead Regional Trainer to join their new L&D function.
 
Reporting to the Senior Organisation Development Manager, you will tasked with improving the knowledge and skills of the workforce and have a shared responsibility for developing, delivering and continuing training to all staff within the organisation as well as leading a team of Regional Trainers.
 
This role will be based from their head office in Beaconsfield with the expectation to travel regionally to your designated area. The salary is £33-35k plus car allowance and bonus.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Training Development
 
·Conduct training needs analysis on team member within designated area ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge for their roles.
·Design and develop training materials and documentation to support the successful delivery learning and development strategy.
·Lead on projects for new learning and development incentives.
·Deliver induction training to all team members within designated area and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance standards are achieved
·Give training and support to all team members with eLearning set up and completion, providing enhanced training to new General Managers, Head of Departments and Administrators.
·Manage your designated areas training calendar, ensuring that courses are well attended reporting any low attendance to homes General Manager and Regional Director.
·Be a point of support to staff who are completing qualifications i.e. through the Apprenticeship Levy.
·Review and update as appropriate Learning and Development documentation such as policies, procedures and guidance documents.
 
Key skills and experience
 
·Experience in leading a team
·Experience of designing, developing and delivering learning events/programmes/ in-house training.
·Experience of writing and presenting information formally and informally.
·Ability and willingness to work independently, travel as required, manage own time and prioritise effectively whilst also working as part of a team.
·Strong planning and organisational skills.
