Group HR Business Manager

Your new company
Our global distribution client is recruiting a Group HR Business Manager to join their small HR team in Crawley. The growing organisation has added over 100 employees globally to their headcount in the past 12 months and had a turnover of £500 million turnover in 2021.

Your new role
As a HR Business Manager, you will have full autonomy to shape the UK HR function to support with business growth. You will be implementing new policies and procedures, involved in project work working alongside the MD and line managing the existing HR team of 2.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience as a Group HR Business Partner with involvement in r writing policies, setting up a HR function from scratch with a global reach.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £70,000 (depending on experience) plus 25 days holiday, hybrid working, generous pension plus much more!
