Early Careers Marketing Advisor
- Permanent
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Based on experience)

- Hybrid working 2 -3 days in office
The Role:
Responsible for the entirety of the early career's website management
Manage relationships with the firms marketing suppliers, handle new offers alongside media partners to develop new content for online channels
Working closely with all the early careers team including stakeholders to learn about early careers timelines, pipelines and opportunities for external branding
Responsible for management of internal systems, to track marketing and branding
Attend internal and external early careers events
Provide support to managers and wider team on ad-hoc projects
The experience/profile needed:
Experience of graduate or early careers recruitment experience
Experience of running early careers digital marketing cycle
Collaborating with stakeholders 1-1 and building new relationships
Collaborate with external suppliers and conduct meetings
Handle highly confidential information
