Job Details
Frazer Jones is partnering with a Nottinghamshire-based company to find a high calibre HR Advisor to join their team. This business prides itself on its culture and ongoing development is integral to its success with consistent training and development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the collaborative organisational culture, building relationships across the business and supporting managers. You will be reporting into the HR Manager splitting your time across two of their sites.

Requirements:
Essential:
-Experience working as an HR professional within a fast-paced environment
-Experience interpreting and implementing HR policy and procedures
-ER experience
Desirable:
-Experience working as an HR Advisor
-Basic payroll experience
-Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG or similar
-UK driving license
