HR officer role working independently for a not for profit organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the organisation are looking for a proactive and rational HR officer experienced in HR generalist responsibilities.

Profile

* Previous experience in a HR Advisor role or equivalent
* Knowledge of employment law and best practice
* * Experience of providing administrative support in HR matters areas including the employee life cycle (e.g. payroll and recruitment).
* Experience in managing and advising on employee relations
* An understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunities in employment and in service delivery
* Strong decision-making skills
* Self-starter with the ability to use their initiative and judgement in dealing with colleagues and partner agencies without direct supervision.
