An independent education institution is looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 6 months. The role offers hybrid working and is based in London.

Description

Interim HR Business Partner to:

- Providing advice and managing employee relations casework including complex cases

- Support the full employee lifecyle

- Advise and coaching managers

- Oversee the recruitment process

- Review and update policies and procedures

- Support change and restructure projects as required

- Provide any necessary training and development to managers

- Support any projects on an adhoc basis

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

- Education or not-for-profit experience essential

- Knowledge of safeguarding desirable

- Expertise and experience managing the full employee lifecycle

- Level 5 CIPD Qualification desirable
