This person will have scope to really make a difference and will be fully involved in the employee life cycle including resourcing and on-boarding, employee development, change initiatives and globally focussed projects. This person will also create systems and develop structures.

The ideal candidate will be based from offices in Germany and have experience in a similar, strategic role within global professional services or legal environment working across different locations. An HR Professional with previous experience of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders. Business level English and German spoken and written. Strong influencing skills and able to build credibility quickly. Works with integrity and discretion.
