HR Advisor (Regional)

• up to £38,000 + 4k car allowance + 5% pension

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global professional services firm who are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join an established team and provide generalist support across their UK sites. The role is to be based remotely but accessible to offices in Manchester or Leeds. There will be travel to multi-sites when required.

What is the role

As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and Directors to provide practical and accurate HR advice and support to line managers. You will support the implementation of a new performance review process, embedding new recognition schemes, and coaching and supporting line managers regarding company policies and procedures. The generalist's day-to-day workload will include HR advice, ER Casework, producing reports and statistics, and working closely with the HR Shared Services Team.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previously worked in an HR Advisor capacity with a large organization. You will be used to a high-volume and busy professional or financial services firm environment. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
