Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- being the first point of contact for the whole recruitment process, resourcing issues, advising line managers on all recruitment policies etc.
- using initiative to find new ways of recruiting, such as using LinkedIn Recruiter and contacting agencies.
- getting involved with resourcing projects.
- to work alongside the wider HR team supporting with HR administration.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience within an HR/recruitment focused role.
- thorough knowledge of employment law, the current trends in recruitment and apprenticeships and respect for equality and diversity issues.
- experience in a large organisation, or higher education group.
