Workday HRIS Analyst

  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office

Oakleaf is partnering with a prestigious charitable institution in the search for a Workday HRIS Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a newly formed team and assist in the development of the Workday and HR systems within the organisation.

The Workday HRIS Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Support BAU, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Workday system.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting system and user issues
  • Configure, test, and validate business process changes in the system
  • Create and maintain various data in the system
  • Monitor support tickets being raised and provide support. Escalating more complex matters to 3rd parties or the Systems Manager
  • Generate reports from the Workday system
  • Manage the HR ServiceNow dashboard

The person:

  • Workday experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong HR System experience and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical system issues
  • Ability to write reports and create calculated fields
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven ability to learn technology quickly
  • A logical approach to problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within an HR function and a great understanding of business process improvement
